Blocking and immediate protection
SoApp provides blocking functionality so users can stop unwanted interactions. Where a safety concern is urgent, use the available blocking/group controls first and contact SoApp if further action is needed.
Reporting concerns
SoApp is implementing in-product reporting for users and reportable content where required by Apple and Google store policy.
Until that interface is available, send abuse, safety, illegal-content or moderation concerns to contact@soappsocial.com. Include enough context for us to identify the relevant account, conversation, event or content. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
What SoApp may do
Depending on the seriousness and evidence available, SoApp may warn a user, remove content, restrict access, remove someone from a shared environment, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence where legally necessary, or cooperate with lawful authorities.
Emergencies and illegal content
SoApp is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. For suspected child sexual abuse material or other serious illegal content, contact SoApp and the competent authority where appropriate.
Minors
Minors may use SoApp only where permitted by applicable law and with parent/guardian authorization where legally required. Additional safeguards may apply where law requires them.
